Cancellation: No cancellation penalty will apply if a room is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. A room booked under the meeting block rate can be transferred to another occupant at the same rate.

We will have free wireless access in the meeting spaces: Skyline mezzanine floor including breakout rooms, and Ballroom level. Some laptops will be available for general use. Wifi access in the hotel lobby and guest rooms is billed per day.
Abstract text and accessory information will be distributed on a USB key at registration.

Please ensure that you search dates arriving Saturday 7/24 or later, and ending Sunday 8/01 or earlier. The conference rates will not show for dates outside this block.
The toll-free number 800.346.1359 refers callers to an outsourced reservation center that is not aware of our conference, however they can give AAA or AARP rates that are competitive.
