Check in time at Park Central Hotel: 4:00pm (1600 hours) Luggage storage desk is located in hotel lobby. Cost: $3.75 per bag, $1.90 per bag prior to same day check in. Check out time at Park Central Hotel: noon (1200 hours) Cancellation: No cancellation penalty will apply if a room is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. We will have free wireless access in the meeting spaces: Skyline mezzanine floor including breakout rooms, and Ballroom level.
Some laptops will be available for general use. Wifi access in the hotel lobby and guest rooms is billed per day. Abstract text and accessory information will be distributed on a USB key at registration.

The toll-free number 800.346.1359 refers callers to an outsourced reservation center that is not aware of our conference, however they can give AAA or AARP rates that are competitive. The local number (as operator for in-house reservations) 212.247.8000 is open from 9am-5pm EST.
